Really nice location - easy to walk to everything, but I was woken up every morning around 6:00 AM when the restaurants that share any alley with the house dumped their garbage. Probably not an issue in the winter, but in the summer, with windows open it is. The property was not well provisioned. No lotion (not offered), no aluminum foil, out of salt, 3 coffee makers, but two were broken and no filters for the one that did work. Eventually got that straightened out with the property management company, but still a bit annoying. No screens on any of the windows, which is not a huge issue in Colorado, but we still had some issues with bugs in the house because you need to open the windows to cool down at night - no AC in the mountains. Good, but not great.

The Victorian is a beautiful home in an amazing location close to downtown Breckenridge. The house has 3 bedrooms, but there is an additional room above the garage that could be used as a children's room/bedroom. There were beautiful views of the peaks and the top 2 floors offered lots of sunlight. Our family appreciated the large, equipped kitchen for cooking family dinners. My only complaint about our stay would be the hot tub. My daughter and I went in 2 times. The first time was fine. But the hot tub guy came right before our second dip in the tub. We both got chemical burns from the hot tub. Nothing like this has ever happened before. I would recommend staying away from the hot tub. (My brother lives in Breck and has worked on maintenances for rental properties and had told me horror stories of hot tubs.....but even he agreed this hot tub looked sparkly clean and should be safe). The lower half of my body has sunburned like skin from the hot tub. If you stay away from the tub, your stay should be wonderful!

10 year RRR renter here. Eliminate pets, as someone brought a cat into this rental. We spent an hour using a vacuum on the couch alone. Bring back the bar stools. Open the foosball sleeping area or change the max capacity to 8 as there isn't enough beds without that space. We booked 2024 tonight and look forward to it. Thanks!
