About this apartment rental
Stay in a typical Italian home! This charming apartment, recently and lovingly renovated, is located in a lovely apartment building. It’s in the heart of the TRASTEVERE/MARCONI neighborhood. The location is ideal and very well served by all forms of public transportation (buses, taxis, trams, and the metro). The neighborhood is very safe and full of restaurants and shops. The apartment has just been renovated. It consists of a large bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
It comfortably accommodates one to five people thanks to 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed (equally comfortable), and 1 single bed, making the apartment suitable for both groups of friends and families with children.
Just 50 meters from the entrance, there are buses running 24 hours a day that connect you to the city center in just a few minutes, as well as a taxi stand. The train station is also just a few minutes’ walk away (10-minute walk), as are the tram to Piazza Venezia (5 minutes) and the subway.
For those arriving by car, you can easily find street parking or paid parking near the building.
Free, ultra-fast Wi-Fi with state-of-the-art fiber-optic internet for all guests, and air conditioning.
The Wi-Fi is extremely fast and suitable for any use.
Outside, there’s a large pedestrian courtyard, perfect for children to play safely.

Perfect location, the place is expansive and well stocked. There is a bus line right outside that goes directly to downtown Rome, super easy. Right across the street is a super market so we were able to stock up on groceries very easy. Definitely recommend!
