Gas-powered shower with high water pressure, pocket-spring mattresses, air conditioning in the bedrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, an electronic lock on the front door that requires a passcode for entry, and a washer and dryer. A comfortable apartment located in São Paulo’s best neighborhood, Paulista, and very close to the famous Oscar Freire shopping street. The apartment is located in a neighborhood famous for having the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as art galleries and international designer boutiques—a place that brings together sophistication and good taste in one location and is frequented by high-income residents. Walking through the area, you’ll find countless movie theaters, playhouses, and nightclubs. It’s close to subway stations and has plenty of bus routes, Uber options, and taxi stands. The apartment is located near Trianon Park. Modern decor featuring photos of São Paulo and an utility area with a washer/dryer and sink. The apartment features new furniture, including double beds in both bedrooms and an additional fold-out bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils (pots, plates, glasses, baking pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, etc.), a 50-inch TV with cable in the living room, and a sofa bed. The front door lock is electronic for your convenience—no keys are needed, so all guests have free access. An initial passcode is provided, and you can change the passcode for added convenience. The building features 24-hour concierge service with security guards and internal security cameras. Stay connected with family, friends, and work via high-speed Wi-Fi. Bring your laptop, tablet, or cell phone and stay connected to the world. Located on Paulista Avenue, Latin America’s largest business and cultural hub. The area is often compared to New York’s SoHo neighborhood—a true paradise where you can enjoy the very best the city has to offer on foot. Our stay was cut short due to flight delays (only stayed 1 night not 3 as planned) but the apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The host was very friendly and accommodating and the building had good security (facial recognition)
