THE APARTMENT is located on the top floor of the original wing of a 19th-century building on Via Sangiuliano, in the heart of Catania’s historic center, where the famous painter Antonino Gandolfo was born in 1840.
Recently renovated in a pop-art style, with special attention to Sicilian tradition, it is fully equipped and comfortable.
It is situated in a PRIME STRATEGIC LOCATION, just a few minutes’ walk from the main monuments (Teatro Massimo, Piazza Duomo, the Central Market, Via Etnea, the Bellini Museum, the Roman Amphitheater, Greek Theater, etc.), the nightlife districts, the central station, the port, a beach club (Lido Scogliera d’Armisi), and the airport shuttle (Alibus).
The apartment is on a single level and features a CHARMING LITTLE TERRACE in Sicilian style, complete with a breakfast/aperitif area and a beach umbrella—making your moments of outdoor relaxation truly unforgettable!
The LIVING AREA features a corner with a sofa bed (which can be converted into a double sofa bed with a topper if needed), a Smart TV, a desk for remote work, and a dining table;
