About this apartment rental
Cozy and spacious, on the 3rd floor of a renovated building. Bright. Renovated. Thoroughly cleaned. Sleeps 6. A 5-minute walk from Ostiense Station (trains to Fiumicino and San Pietro), a 10-minute walk from the Piramide stop on Metro Line B. A short distance from the historic center. Large living room with a double sofa bed (160×200) available for bookings of 5–6 people or upon request, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning available June–September. Check-in 2:00–8:00 PM (different times available upon request). From 8:00 PM–11:00 PM: +30 euros. 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: +50 euros.
Late check-out available. The Space: The apartment is very bright and furnished to make you feel right at home in a genuine Italian home. It’s just a stone’s throw from the city center, and from here you can walk to several tourist destinations in less crowded parts of Rome! You can walk to Rome’s two liveliest neighborhoods: Testaccio and Garbatella. The double bed and the two single beds have mattresses in excellent condition and are always clean. To reach the apartment, there are a few steps before the elevator. Next to the building, there is an unguarded courtyard where you can park your bikes. Paid parking is available. The master bedroom faces a somewhat noisy street. Light sleepers may find this disturbing.

We had a wonderful four night stay at this beautiful apartment. As a family ourselves, We specifically chose to stay with a local family rather than a large rental company — and it made all the difference. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and full of character — everything we needed was there and more.What made the stay truly special was the host. From meeting us with the keys on arrival to sending thoughtful local tips — walks, restaurants, hidden gardens — they went above and beyond without being intrusive. Genuinely helpful, warm, and polite throughout. You could tell they take real pride in their home and in making guests feel welcome.We would return without hesitation and recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience the real Rome. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This is a wonderful location. Close to Metro and Bus lines. If they allowed a perfect”10” rating, I’d give it to them! I would definitely stay there again!!
