In the living area, you’ll find two comfortable armchairs, a TV, a dining area, and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.
The south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center with its restaurants and shopping options, in a complex with several apartments, most of which are used by their owners as vacation rentals.
Bad Birnbach offers many recreational opportunities: The Rottalterme is about a 15-minute walk away. Numerous biking and hiking trails start right outside the front door. A small swimming lake and the golf course also offer recreational opportunities.
