This apartment is located in the quiet and charming Monte Del Gallo neighborhood, close to all of Rome’s major attractions—such as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the historic center—all of which are within easy walking distance.
The home has been renovated and features a charming outdoor courtyard of about 30 square meters where you can relax at the end of the day.
This charming two-room apartment, located in the basement but completely above ground level, consists of an entryway, living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and—as a special touch—a private, paved outdoor courtyard of 30 square meters, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation.
The living room features a double sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the appliances you need for your stay, such as a kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as all the dishes you’ll need during your stay.
The bedroom features a single bed that converts into a double, a closet for storing your clothes, and a smart TV.
The bathroom is fully equipped with every amenity (sink, shower, toilet, and bidet).
From the living room, you can access the outdoor courtyard, which is furnished with a table and chairs where you can dine al fresco and enjoy moments of relaxation thanks to the tranquility that characterizes the area. Here you’ll also find a washing machine available for use, complete with detergent.
