This tasteful and modern 3-room penthouse apartment in Scharbeutz features southwest-facing balconies. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, tea kettle, immersion blender, egg cooker, hand mixer, DeLonghi, etc.). The modern living area features a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable sitting area. A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a hi-fi/CD player, and a radio are provided. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV (Panasonic). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and also features a flat-screen TV (Panasonic). Both bedrooms and the living room can be darkened using exterior blinds. The apartment also features a beautiful bathroom and a guest restroom.
A seasonal beach chair will be available on the beach from May 15 to September 15, 2026!
An underground parking space is available for guests. The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 2.25 m!
Pets are not allowed. Entrance to the apartment and the underground garage is from Schulstraße. Non-smoking apartment.
