La Casetta is a small, detached cottage nestled in the greenery of Rome’s EUR villa district. It features a private entrance, a small garden, and a terrace for outdoor dining. From the cottage, you can admire tall trees

. There is plenty of parking available on the street in front of the gate. The cottage is located near Metro Line B and close to the Euroma2 Shopping Center.
It’s in a quiet area, ideal for a couple, but there’s also a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
The EUR district is highly popular with tourists for its urban layout and buildings in the Italian Rationalist style. A three-minute walk away, you’ll find an adventure park and a skate park, as well as plenty of green spaces and the Laghetto dell’Eur.
For business travelers, the area is full of offices and corporate headquarters, and the Metro takes you to Central Station in 15–20 minutes.
By car, Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are a 20-minute drive away
