Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet round out the apartment. The west-facing balcony is accessible from the living area and one of the bedrooms, where you can enjoy the sun well into the evening. Special additional highlights include the remote-controlled gas fireplace and the small, private sauna—a delightful change of pace, not just during the cold season. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. A parking space (No. 19) is available for you in the underground garage. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled section by section between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027.. Minor restrictions may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work is already taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027.
