The living area features a comfortable seating area and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. A special highlight is the remote-controlled gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are furnished with beautiful wooden furniture. Metal-free double beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bright bathroom features a large real-glass shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. You’ll find a washing machine in the utility room. A large east-facing balcony is perfect for breakfast; from here, you can enjoy the Usedom sun until early afternoon. The Blu-ray home theater system also makes rainy days fly by. You’re welcome to use the apartment’s free DSL connection with LAN and Wi-Fi capabilities. For your convenience, an initial set of linens is provided. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (without mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. A parking space (No. 15) is located in the building’s underground garage.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled facade by facade between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed.
