About this apartment rental
Start with coffee and a side sea view from your balconies, then explore Le Suquet. Managed by the family-owned LB Vacation Rentals team, this two-bedroom apartment is in a private residence at 15 rue Saint Dizier, near Cannes' historic district, the Palais des Festivals and the beach.
• The fifth-floor apartment has elevator access, 50 m² of indoor space and two private balconies of approximately 3 m² each, with a side sea view.
• The open-plan living and fully equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar, a plush sofa and a desk for working.
• Thoughtful design and high-quality furnishings make it a comfortable setting for holidays or congress stays.
• The apartment accommodates 5 people.
• The main bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm; the second has a full-size bed measuring 140 x 190 cm.
• A convertible sofa in the living room has a 110 x 180 cm mattress for an extra guest.
• There is a bathroom and one independent toilet. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.

The apartment was clean with modern decor and amenities in the middle of Cannes. The check in process was clear and precise and the hosts sent me a great 50 page guide that also has Youtube videos for clear references to the apartment and local area amenities. During my stay some issues happened with the AC and fridge, this was no fault of the hosts and they did their best to fix them. The communication with the hosts was very good during my stay. Only reason for no 5 star review is the apartment faces a very busy road and junction, which was noisy due to cars, trucks, motorbikes and mopeds on it most of the day and into the night.

Loved this place. Was here for MIPCOM and will be returning every year. Will book this place if it's available EVERY TIME. Fabien and their family are excellent hosts and the communication was perfect.
