About this apartment rental
Very nice comfortable 3-room apartment in the city center, next to the Suquet church in the heart of the Provençal district, 5 minutes' walk from the beaches, restaurants, shops, the Festival Palace and the Croisette. Completely renovated with taste, wooden floors, exposed stone wall, American kitchen open to living room with leather sofa. 2 shower rooms, 2 bedrooms, one with mezzanine, separate toilet. Large flat screen TV, high speed WIFI internet, air conditioning. Very bright, facing south, sea view, double glazed window.

We had just a few days in our travel plans to visit the area and this place worked just perfectly. It's is beautifully finished so we felt we could relax,and was a short walking distance to the center of town. Note that parking is a ways off but in a nice garage, you'll get access to drop off and pick up luggage to the door so that was super helpful. Wonderful host.

The apartment was ideally located close to beaches, restaurants and shops and Le Suquet - very relaxing and quiet with amenities nearby. The instructions for access were spot on and we had an excellent stay

The apartment was ideally located for our family of five with teenagers (aged 12/15 and 17.5). We were just a few steps from the sea (beautiful beaches), restaurants and stores. We all enjoyed our vacation in Cannes very much.

Great location in Old Town. Short walk to restaurants on Rue Suquet and the food market. You need to pay $50 for sheets and towels. It would have been nice to have someone meet us there to help with luggage and show us around. We found out that the owner lives in the building. The description on VRBO was 2 bathrooms, but there is only one toilet. Washer but no dryer so we used the laundromat down the hill.
