About this house rental
Bring the family together at The Gypsea, steps from Biltmore Beach. Four king bedrooms—including two primary suites—give adults comfortable places to recharge, while the top-floor bunk room gives kids and teens their own space. Enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, Gulf views from two balconies, and beach access without crossing Thomas Drive.
The home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, two dedicated workspaces, and driveway parking for up to four mid size vehicles or three trucks / SUVs. Its three-level layout is especially well suited to families traveling together.
We also provide 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and up to 12 beach towels, included in your stay for no charge.
The pool heater is also included for no charge. Please note that between late November and early March, the pool heater may not operate if ambient temperatures are below 55 degrees.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Gypsea. Amber made everything so easy for us! The place was beautiful- well stocked, clean, and peaceful. We were steps from the beach and came home to rwlax in the pool after hours of ocean fun. We enjoyed every moment of our family time and would highly recommend this place!

We spent 5 nights here during “spring break” at the end of March. Our group included 5 children and 8 adults, and this space worked out perfectly for us. I appreciated that it was extremely clean, and very walkable to the beach. The nearby beach was busy, but not miserably packed. The pool is in perfect condition, and the hosts checked water levels several times during our stay. It was heated very warm, which was much appreciated in March, but is on the smaller side for large groups due to permitting restrictions. I would highly recommend this property for any groups looking for a place near a less crowded area of Panama City.

Check in & check out was a breeze. Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. The house was so spacious and we absolutely loved the super short walk to the beach (only 1 small backroad to cross and you’re at the beach access) and the entertainment-providing backyard with a heated pool and plenty of seating. This house had everything our family needed and was perfect for our spring break vacation! Beautifully decorated as well and had gorgeous views from the 2nd & 3rd floors
