About this apartment rental
The vacation rental in the “I Molini” residence is in a quiet and sunny location, just under 1 km from the center of the picturesque town of Garda. The residence features a large communal pool (open from late May through mid- to late September) with an adjoining sunbathing area. Directly adjacent to the residential complex is a small, quiet park with several olive trees and a lawn. Your spacious, comfortably furnished, fully equipped, and heated apartment—complete with a kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, and TV; a cozy couch; a furnished terrace with a sun awning; washing machine, clothes rack, etc., is located on the first floor and features a large bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet in the light-filled basement. The living area, including the kitchen, a sofa bed, and another small bathroom with a shower and toilet, is located on the first floor. In front of the entrance is a spacious terrace with electric awnings, a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. In front of the terrace is a small lawn. The apartment has a total area of approximately 72 m². The center of Garda can be easily reached on foot from here via a tree-lined street that leads directly to the road running along the lake. About 150 m away is also a stop for the free shuttle service, which takes you to several stops in Garda at no cost during the tourist season (April through October). The residence is an excellent place for a vacation in a relaxing atmosphere and the ideal starting point for many hikes. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find great restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a water park, a golf course, and much more.
Bed linens and towels are provided and included, as are electricity and gas costs and final cleaning.

We spent five days in this apartment and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but still very close to the main road. It is easily accessable by car and the beautiful town center by the lake is just a short walk away. We found the apartment very well equipped and enjoyed the the nice patio. The pool was very clean with nice space around it. Check in and check out went very smooth and the host was easy to reach by both phone and whatsapp.
However, some things could be improved. It should be made clear in the description and the pictures that the bedrooms are literally located in the basement which is only accessible by a narrow wooden staircase (which didn't feel very stable to be honest). Even though the daylight reaches the rooms, the basement felt a bit cramped. Also, the bunk beds were a bit noisy and they could be improved. Finally, air conditioning would be a great improvement and there should be a fire alarm.
The above mentioned aside, this is a great apartment and a perfect place to stay when visiting Garda and the surrounding areas. We would happily stay here again if we visit Garda in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were welcomed by Barbara and shown around the apartment. There was a folder in the apartment containing useful information about the local area.
We liked the large outdoor space set in a garden area. This is a quiet peaceful location. The swimming pool was excellent.
Harald was friendly, easy and efficient to deal with and provided us with any information which we asked for promptly.
