About this apartment rental

Our vacation rental, “Le Bec de l’Aigle,” is located in the center of the village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc.
The 66-square-meter rental is air-conditioned and within walking distance of all local amenities: restaurants, bars, shops, the market, banks, a pharmacy, a medical center, and an Intermarché.
The vacation rental consists of:
First floor: open-concept kitchen leading into the living and dining area with access to the terrace (barbecue, awning, umbrella, patio furniture)
Upstairs: bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 beds, and a “loft” bedroom with a 90/190 bunk bed.
One parking space is available.
Pets are not allowed.
The cottage is non-smoking.
A cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged if mutually agreed upon at your arrival.
Sheets and towels are not provided (but can be rented).
A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.
