This beautiful Provençal villa offers an unforgettable experience with a breathtaking 180° unobstructed ocean view, stretching from Saint-Raphaël to the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Located in the Estérel Nature Reserve, this villa is perfect for peaceful walks and adventurous mountain bike rides.
This recently restored 4-bedroom villa with a heated infinity pool is the ideal villa for 8 adults. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a separate studio with 1 bedroom and a private bathroom; the entrance is from the outside via the terrace.
The spacious living room features a sitting area, a large dining table, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system, all set in a cozy and warm decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an American-style refrigerator with an ice maker, an induction cooktop, multiple ovens, a dishwasher, and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines. The living area opens onto a spacious terrace with a dining area, lounge set, sun loungers, and a gas grill.
Enjoy the warm southern sun outdoors or relax in the shade of the various seating areas around the villa. Take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool while enjoying the stunning view. The terrace is equipped with a plancha and a gas barbecue.
Pool heating can be booked as an optional extra (€150/week)
