About this apartment rental
Our spacious apartment is located on the first floor of our semi-detached house on a very quiet highway loop with little traffic. Our small neighborhood borders directly on the Tinnum Salt Marshes Nature Reserve, making it ideal for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. So nothing should stand in the way of a stroll along the surrounding fields and hiking trails, as well as to Tinnum Castle (0.5 km) or the beach (1.2 km). But Friedrichstrasse in the city center (2.5 km) is also just a short distance away.
The 3-room apartment is approximately 65 m² and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. It features modern and stylish furnishings. In addition to the new kitchenette, which includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave with grill, the apartment also features two flat-screen TVs (both 43 inches) and a Blu-ray/DVD player. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available.
You also have access to a private parking space right in front of the building.
A well-behaved dog is also a welcome guest here (additional fee).
Both vacation apartments are non-smoking.
