Location - walking distance from all the landmarks.
Staff - incredible! Very attentive and understanding (even when we locked ourselves out at 1am, sorry again)
Room - comfortable & clean
Nothing, it was all great!

Convenient location and lots of restaurants and cafes. Short walk to train and attractions. The coffee and pastries are excellent at a cafe near by.
Air conditioner didn’t work. Tiny elevator. Beds weren’t comfortable and if you don’t speak Italian the language barrier is tough.

Great location, comfortable bed, very quiet and secure, being on high level the lift was very much appreciated
Unfortunately the towel had a smoky smell and the AC failed on the last day. To be fair we didnt get a chance to let the owners know before we left.
