House Section A – Friesenpesel is a luxurious dream vacation home with a thatched roof in Keitum. Extensively equipped with modern amenities and generously laid out, the house still retains a special historic charm. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna leave nothing to be desired.

The vacation home combines historic charm with state-of-the-art amenities across 95 square meters.
The living room, featuring high-quality custom woodwork, a cozy seating area, and a dining nook, also captivates with its old, historic tiles, which contribute to the room’s unique atmosphere. A smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a docking station for iPod, iPhone, or iPad provide modern convenience and added comfort.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave, as well as numerous other kitchen appliances (including a kettle, toaster, and egg cooker), dishes and dish towels are also provided. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available. A washer-dryer is also provided.

In addition to the living area, the accommodation features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms also have a TV. The larger bedroom (20 square meters) also features a spacious double bed (200x200 cm) at a comfortable height. A safe allows for the secure storage of valuables. Additional seating and ample storage space for your luggage round out the room. The lower bedroom offers just as much comfort.

The bathrooms are located on the same floors as the bedrooms and are stocked with towels and bathrobes. The lower bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large sink with counter space. A towel warmer is part of the comprehensive amenities, as is an attractive, modern, and bright tile design. This design is also found in the upper bathroom, which, with its bathtub and double vanity, leaves nothing to be desired. A makeup mirror and a window round out the amenities here.

Additional amenities in the house include underfloor heating and an internet connection with Wi-Fi. Insect screens are installed on all windows.

The vacation home is part of a complex with two other buildings, all with thatched roofs. In the private, sunny, sheltered garden area, you’ll find a beach chair, as well as a table with chairs and a parasol. A sun lounger also invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the garden.
A sauna, which can be used by all three vacation units, is also located on the property. A relaxation room is also part of the amenities and allows for private wellness moments.

In addition, the accommodation includes a private parking space directly on the property.

A well-behaved dog is a very welcome guest in this part of the house (additional fee).

They offer every comfort, from the fully equipped kitchen to the modern TVs and Blu-ray players, as well as free Wi-Fi. A sauna with a relaxation room is available in a separate building. Each house has its own parking space on the property. Here, no vacation wish goes unfulfilled.

Bed linens, towels, bathrobes, sauna towels, dish towels, etc., are included in all houses.


KEITUM:
Situated in a prime location in the center of Keitum, the accommodations are in close proximity to both shops and recreational activities such as a riding stable and a bike rental shop. Of course, the most beautiful village on Sylt also boasts a sufficient number of restaurants. The beach is just three kilometers away, but the nearest body of water is only 500 meters from the vacation home. Shopping facilities are also located at the same distance.
