Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer and integrated toilet.

* A metro line runs beneath the building: the noise and vibrations of passing trains can be felt inside during operating hours, less so at night. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The apartment faces the building's inner courtyard: neighbours on the upper floors can see inside, and daylight comes in from sunrise. Worth knowing if privacy matters to you or if you like to sleep in.
* Only one window opens, so the air in the apartment is renewed slowly. Guests used to airing rooms widely should keep this in mind.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in the 8th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the Champs-Élysées and 5 minutes from Saint-Philippe du Roule metro station, in a 45 m² apartment.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

Great Location. Perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Clean and neat. The owners are responsive.The entrance is through a unmarked green door which gives it a quirky spy-thriller feeling :)AVOID DURING SUMMER BECAUSE UNIT HAS NO VENTILATION!!The temperature inside is atleast 10-15F higher than outside. There is one tiny window that faces a wall. The air cooler provided is ineffective. Fans dont help either. They provided a tiny, cracked table fan on the third evening even though I had brought up the issue of heat well before I arrived.Luckily we stayed only 4 nights. Tried to stay out as much as possible to avoid the stuffiness.
