Tiene todas las comodidades posibles, incluso lavavajillas. Estuvimos tres personas cinco días y muy a gusto. El baño es súper espacioso y el apartamento en general también. La cama, tanto la doble como otra individual que nos puso Stefano (nos preguntó si queríamos cama supletoria o sofá cama y nos envió fotos el día previo a llegar) son súper cómodas, como las almohadas. Descansamos muy, muy, muy bien todos los días. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, pero no lo utilizamos y no pasamos ni frío ni calor por la noche. El apartamento mantiene la temperatura ideal. Stefano nos iba preguntando qué tal estaba todo. Fue muy atento todos los días y nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo más. Le pedimos solo el cambio de toallas, y lo tuvimos ese mismo día. En el apartamento había secador, jabón, cafés, manzanilla, y toda la vajilla necesaria para poder cocinar y comer sin que falte nada. La mesa del salón-comedor también es muy espaciosa. Aunque hay mucho ruido en Roma, si cierras las ventanas no se escucha nada la calle. 200% recomendado

El apartamento está fenomenal, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma. Hay mucha oferta de restaurantes y bares alrededor y también supermercados. La estación de Termini está a unos 20 minutos andando pero también pasaban muchos autobuses por esa calle que te llevaban al centro. La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente. Nos ayudó recomendándonos sitios para comer, diciéndonos la mejor manera de llegar hasta el apartamento e incluso para coger un taxi de vuelta de madrugada.
Nada relevante.Por poner algún pero, la luz se desconectaba al quitar la tarjeta del apartamento, algo que desde el punto de vista del propietario tiene todo el sentido pero no nos permitía dejar el lavavajillas en funcionamiento por ejemplo. Pero es algo sin importancia, lo pusimos por la noche y ya está. Tampoco hay lavadora pero para una estancia corta en Roma no considero que sea totalmente necesaria.

We had all equipment you could need during a vacation. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The interior looks new and modern and everything was clean and easy to use. The location is also great, it's not in the city center, but there are bus stops nearby, and you can get into the center pretty easily. There are also a lot of options for a nice dinner, and we also loved the cafe across the street.
The street is quite busy, and it can be very loud with the windows open, but with closed windows it doesn't cause any issue. Also, we forgot to mention it to the owner, but the wifi repeater might need to be fixed, because the wifi wasn't always available away from the kitchen.
