About this apartment rental
This one-room apartment is designed as a practical living and sleeping space. It is ideal for 1–2 people who feel comfortable in a compact space. The apartment was completely renovated in June 2021.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway, which offers plenty of storage space for luggage thanks to a large closet. From here, you enter the small interior shower room. It is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The living area is decorated in a nautical style. Directly across from the hallway is the entrance to the balcony. Furnished with two chairs and a table, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Salzhaff from here.
The combined living/ dining room is furnished with a bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. Opposite the bed is a small dining area with a dining table and two chairs. The furnishings are rounded out by a cozy armchair and a small dresser. The flat-screen TV is mounted above the dresser.
The fully renovated kitchenette is practically furnished. Basic tableware and cutlery are provided. The ceramic cooktop has two burners. Kitchen appliances include a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave with grill and bake functions. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment. The dishwasher rounds out the amenities.
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee(€20.00 per person) or you are welcome to bring your own from home.
Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike storage room, which is accessible to all guests of the house.
We are happy to provide our guests with a relaxing vacationand vacation by the Baltic Sea and spare both you and us any unnecessary hassle. For this reason, we expressly point out that this is a one-room apartment. Therefore, there is no separate bedroom. Furthermore, unfortunately, there is no parking space for the apartment on the property in front of the house.
Depending on availability, there are public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity near the church. Additional free public parking spaces operated by the municipality of Rerik are within walking distance, including one at the town entrance, about a 10-minute walk away.
