The apartment is new and the check-in process was very easy thanks to the clear instructions and door code – no need to carry a key. The apartment has two balconies. One faces the street and is less private, as it overlooks a neighbouring balcony. It gets plenty of sun in the morning and during the day, which made it a little too hot for us to use comfortably. The second balcony is on the side of the building, facing the courtyard. From there, you can catch a glimpse of the sea and enjoy the view of a beautiful pine tree. It feels much more private and was a lovely place to sit and relax in the evening. It can be accessed directly from both bedrooms. The location is also very convenient: the sea is less than a 10-minute walk away, and having a private parking space right by the apartment is a big plus. We also really liked this part of Pineto – it feels peaceful, pleasant and less busy.
The apartment itself is comfortable, but it still feels a little like a newly furnished home that is not quite fully equipped yet. The selection of kitchenware is quite minimal. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, but no detergent capsules for either. As we stayed for seven nights, it would have been a thoughtful touch to include at least one or two of each in the welcome box, especially since it already contained small toiletries, cloths and dishwashing liquid. A few basic items such as salt, pepper, tea or coffee would also make a difference. Of course, guests can buy these things themselves, but when staying for just a week, it feels unnecessary to buy full packages when only a small amount is needed.
The biggest inconvenience for us was the weak Wi-Fi signal. It barely worked in the bedrooms and was somewhat better in the living room. We had to ask several times for the router to be restarted. Each time, the connection improved for a while, but unfortunately the problem kept returning.
Another issue was the lighting in the stairwell. We often returned after dark and could not find any light switches, so we had to use our phones to climb the stairs and enter the door code. The hosts were always quick to respond and said they would pass the issue on to their colleagues. However, we had to bring up the same problem three evenings in a row before the stairwell light finally worked on the fourth evening. Unfortunately, on the following evenings it was out again. A simple motion-sensor light would probably be an easy and practical solution.
Overall, these are relatively small and easily fixable details rather than major problems. The apartment has a lot going for it: it is new, quiet, close to the sea, has convenient private parking and is located in a lovely part of Pineto. With a little more attention to these practical details, it could be an excellent place to stay.

la struttura era nuova e super tecnologica (anche troppo) piscina con bagnina sempre presente. L'assistenza dell'agenzia è sempre disponibile via whatsApp
l'accoglienza è stata molto fredda poichè accedi ovunque con dei codici e non hai il piacere di vedere nessuno. La cucina non era attrezzata a dovere, mancavano presine, sottopentola, canovacci e soprattutto cavatappi che abbiamo dovuto chiedere esplicitamente. La pecca più grande in un appartamento così moderno è la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre cosa impensabile in una località di mare. La cosa più grave del nostro soggiorno è che abbiamo fatto presente ai referenti dell'agenzia che i nostri vicini di giardino, noi eravamo l'appartemento n.4 e loro il n.7 non facevamo altro che fumare sia dentro che fuori in giardino, erano 6 persone tutte fumatori, noi non abbiamo mai potuto stare nel giardino davanti in quanto ci arrivava tutto il fumo dei vicini e non potevamo mai lasciare la porta finestra della cucina aperta altrimenti la puzza di fumo sarebbe arrivata anche dentro l'appartamento. Ci siamo allora spostati nel giardino dietro dove per due mattine di seguito abbiamo trovato cenere di sigaretta sul nostro tavolo ad indicare che dai piani superiori ciccavano di sotto e hanno smesso solo quando siamo saliti a farlo presente! per finire una mattina mentre facevamo colazione, sento odore di canna, mi alzo e vedo uno degli inquilini dell'appartamento n.7 farsi una canna ovviamente l'odore arrivava fino a noi. Ci siamo sentiti prigionieri dentro casa, abbiamo fatto presente questo fatto più di una volta e ci è stato risposto che non potevano impedire alle persone di fumare all'esterno! quindi in poche parole abbiamo pagato per non potere mettere il naso in giardino perchè il diritto di fumare di alcune persone vale di più del diritto di non subire il fumo passivo da parte di altri.
