About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in one of the city’s most central and interesting areas, just a 3-minute walk from Campo de’ Fiori.
It is a spacious apartment of over 200 square meters, featuring large, bright rooms. The renovation was carried out with taste and attention to detail, using original, high-quality materials.
The floors feature beautiful reclaimed terracotta tiles, while the ceilings are adorned with traditional exposed beams. One of the bathrooms features a reclaimed marble sink, and the kitchen has a distinctive “Versailles”-style wooden floor.
Each room is painted a different color and is furnished with simplicity and good taste, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
The apartment opens onto a wide hallway leading to a spacious living room with a dining area, connected directly to a large, comfortable kitchen.
There are three double bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining room with a single bed—perfect for families with young children. Serving the bedrooms are two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, plus a third half-bath with a toilet and sink.
Rounding out the apartment is a balcony that runs the entire length of the unit, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Rome’s rooftops and domes.

Property was as advertised. Great location. Walkable to many Rome attractions while able to walk out to little coffee shops and food. Excellent stay.

Apartment was super cute, clean and the location can’t be beat, basically 1 mike from a lot of the big sites to see in every direction. There were 8 of Us and there was plenty of room. Drawbacks are there are 80 steps up to the apartment in a narrow stairwell. It made carrying 16 bags up super “fun” and challenging. It was ungodly hot for our two days in Rome and the mini splits can’t all be on because it overloads the breaker so you have to cycle 2 out of the 4 on and off. Electric Panel was extremely hot and somewhat worrisome. (I’m an Electrician). Host communication is sporadic and confusing. Started using English then changed to Italian and answers were sometimes long after a question. All in all a cute apartment but reliable AC and an elevator might be a must have next time in Rome. We stayed one week in this comfortable apartment who is very good for a big group. The location is ideal and close to everything. The area in the city have supermarkeds and restaurants nearby and we could walk everywhere. It is only one thing, it is in the 5 floor and a lot og steps to walk after a long day, but we will love to come back.

Fantastic location! This place was very spacious, great for a 5 day stay with 7 people and a baby. You need to be comfortable with a few flights of stairs, but for the location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and walking by the river it's definitely worth it.
