A beautiful west coast location with some of the best views you’ll get in the whole of Scotland.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview Smart TV, Electric Fire
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only). Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available on request.. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Hillside is situated on the N500. It is the most incredible location on the west coast of Scotland, in the beautiful village of Gairloch. The views from Hillside are truly expansive. You can see across Gairloch Bay to the Torridon Mountains and out to the isles of Raasay and Skye. Being on the edge of Gairloch affords Hillside many facilities to make every holiday that bit better. Within easy walking distance there’s a pub, restaurant, book shop, coffee shop and a brilliant butcher. Further afield, but still in Gairloch there are two other supermarkets and the wonderful shop at the pier, which is beside the award winning outdoor space - The Sitooterie. Gairloch has gift shops, cafés, hotels and a spectacular nine-hole links golf course bordering Gairloch Beach. Gairloch is a fabulous place to be based for a west coast holiday because beyond the immediate surroundings there are many iconic places to visit. Drive south to Torridon, Applecross, Lochcarron and Skye. Drive north for Loch Broom and the awesome Assynt area. Hillside itself is spacious for six people, but can sleep seven. Outside the property there’s a large garden with patio and garden furniture to enjoy outstanding west coast views.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need for comfort, and Gairloch has a surprising number of facilities for a small place - all only a short distance from the cottage.We particularly enjoyed sitting in the house's sunroom and admiring the amazing view.Lyn is an excellent host - welcoming, friendly and informative. We would definitely love to stay here again.
