This is an absolutely phenomenal property. It is even nicer than the photos. The home is huge, very comfortable and very clean, and the location is totally awesome. One of the best properties I've ever rented. I am super snobby with very high standards. Hosts are fantastic, and lots of great communication and assistance. Highly recommend. This property is right next to the Six Senses Hotel, which tells you how nice the area is. It's also about 2 blocks from the Trevi Fountain which is one of my favorite Roman sights. Central for walking to everything in Rome.

Brian was so helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was absolutely amazing, we were just steps away from everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed sitting up on the rooftop under the twinkle lights at night with wine and cheese. Can’t say enough good things about our visit in our stay at this villa!

This is a very impressive property in a great location. Communication with the individuals managing the property is excellent. The apartment is very spacious. There is a full kitchen and a very large living room that incorporates a dining area.There is one bedroom on the main floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Stairs or an elevator can be used to access the second floor. The bedrooms are large overall with an attached bathroom that includes a shower.The elevator is used to move above the second floor to the outside terrace. The terrace is large. There is not a view from the terrace but it is quite comfortable. There is also a downstairs area that has a pool table and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The apartment is very close to restaurants and the management staff is always available to almost instantly answer any questions that you may have. (They can be contacted by telephone or text.) They can set up transportation, restaurant reservations, or a chef if requested. Overall, this is a more expensive property but the attention to detail and the responsiveness of the management personnel is well worth the price if you are looking for a luxury apartment in the heart of Rome.

Awesome location and such a great apartment! It was even better than the pictures. Plenty of space with a great rooftop to relax at. Would highly recommend given the proximity of trevi fountain!
