About this house rental
Charming farmhouse surrounded by a beautiful garden. Close to hiking trails, the opportunity to enjoy the privileged environment of the Perche Natural Park. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: one with bathtub, the other with a shower, 2 toilets. A large TV lounge area with a table football on the first floor. A well-equipped kitchen/dining room with a fireplace and a living room on the first floor. A beautiful garden, you will find nearby hiking trails, forests and pretty little villages. The wifi works very well, it's fiber. There is an office space that allows you to work from home, on request you can add another office to have 2 workspaces.
As it is an old house with very thick walls, in case of hot weather in summer the first floor remains relatively cool.
