About this apartment rental
Named after the father of the gods in Norse mythology, the lovingly and elaborately decorated “Haus Odin” welcomes you in a quiet and exclusive location right on the promenade. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the beach access right in front of the property, where you can gaze out over the Baltic Sea.
From the property, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater. Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade, both toward Heringsdorf and toward Ahlbeck.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (side entrance). You can store your own or rented bicycles safely on the property in a lockable bike shed.
Each apartment has one designated parking space on the property, marked with the corresponding apartment number.
This 58-square-meter apartment is a 3-room unit on the 2nd floor with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. In the living room, a cozy couch and armchair invite you to relax and watch TV. The light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened) facing west opens directly onto the seating area and features a dining area for up to 4 people. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the promenade and the sea on one side, as well as a beautiful view of the garden on the other. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, etc., is also open and integrated into the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and a clothes rack; a second, smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200) and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink/toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. There is one parking space on the property.
