About this apartment rental
Live like in the days of the Emperor—that’s what you can do in the vacation apartments at Villa Kramme. A stylish atmosphere paired with plenty of space, right in the heart of Heringsdorf. The beach, over 40 km long and covered in the finest sand, is just a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the refreshing water, the seemingly endless view of the Baltic Sea, and the cozy town of Heringsdorf with all its cafés and opportunities for a leisurely stroll. The seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of three imperial spas on the island of Usedom. The well-preserved and well-maintained historic town center, with its Art Nouveau villas—most of which have been extensively renovated—exudes a wonderful charm. Villa Kramme is located in the heart of this beautiful town, so there are no long walks. The beach, the pier, restaurants, and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping is also available in the immediate vicinity. The stores are open on Sundays as well.
This 40-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is suitable for 2–4 people. The cozy living area features two sofas with a flat-screen TV and a large dining table for shared meals. From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the hustle and bustle on Kulmstraße. The modern kitchen-living area, equipped with an oven/microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., is also open and integrated into the living space. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa (mattress 160 x 200) and ample closet space. Since one of the two sofas in the living room also converts into a bed (135 x 200), the third and fourth guests can choose which of the two rooms they’d like to sleep in. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink/toilet. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room.
A free parking space is assigned to the apartment. It is located in the Heringsdorf parking garage “Am Zentrum,” about an 8-minute walk away. There is a loading and unloading area right next to the building.
