The Buchenpark vacation villa is situated on a large, landscaped lot, surrounded by old, newly restored Art Nouveau villas—running parallel to the beach promenade—just 150 meters from the sandy beach.

It is one of the few properties in Heringsdorf that offers plenty of open space on a beautiful lot with a grove of old beech trees. The historic Goethe Park in Heringsdorf also borders this lot. The location right in Heringsdorf is simply outstanding!!

Here at the “Ferienresidenz Am Buchenpark,” you’ll experience the charm of the imperial spas in a very pleasant way. The living area of this apartment has been lavishly designed with Solnhofen natural stone slabs. The result is a little “natural stone dream” that you won’t find anywhere else. The flooring features a brushed oak design (premium flooring—living room, hallway, bedroom).

The vacation apartment, which is comfortably furnished with a custom floor plan, features a living room with an adjoining built-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a new, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a balcony, and a hallway. What makes this apartment special, aside from its elegant natural stone design, is that the balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. Up to 4 people (but only 2 adults + a maximum of 2 children) can spend their vacation in this vacation rental. Wi-Fi is included. The apartment is regularly renovated and stands out from many other apartments thanks to its excellent, open, green location. Use of a gated parking space assigned directly to the apartment is included in the total rental price, regardless of the length of the stay.

House-trained, well-behaved dogs are allowed only with prior approval and by arrangement.

Heringsdorf’s very wide, white, fine-sand beach is practically right outside the front door—only about 150 meters away—and very easily accessible on foot. For example, if you’ve walked to the beach via the “2 G” access point (see photo) and turn toward the land, you’ll see nothing but green vegetation and no buildings—simply fantastic! At the same time, you’ll be standing on the white sand between the Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck piers.

This section of the beach is monitored during the swimming season in the Baltic Sea, which is especially beneficial for children and inexperienced swimmers. It’s about a 400-meter walk to the Heringsdorf pier—the most modern and longest in Europe—and thus to the center of Heringsdorf. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes are located not far from the apartment, including on Friedensstraße, on the pier, and along the beach promenade. You’ll come to appreciate the apartment’s ideal location after just a few days.

There is a bus stop right in front of the property—from there, you can ride for free throughout the imperial spas using your spa pass. From the pier, you can take ferries on various tours along the coast (including to Świnoujście), and from Peenemünde, you can even travel as far as Rügen. The train station, from which the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) serves many towns on the island, is within easy walking distance and is located behind the spa park, which borders the property with its mature trees and swan pond.

In addition to its stunning white beaches, Heringsdorf also offers a very charming hinterland surrounded by many lakes, forests, and meadows. In this area, as well as on and around Usedom, many cranes can be seen, especially toward the end of winter and in the fall.

The new highlight, the fantastic treetop trail, is only about 400 meters from the apartment. It’s located behind the train station.

A large indoor bike storage room and an outdoor bike carport, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer, are available in the complex’s basement. The building was constructed from ecologically sound sand-lime brick, which provides excellent sound insulation. Furthermore, the apartment is separated from the building’s main hallway by an entryway with a connecting door, which ensures peace and quiet as well as a certain degree of privacy.
The “Ostseetherme” in Ahlbeck/Heringsdorf is only 800 meters away, where you can relax with a visit to the sauna or thermal baths, including saltwater baths. You can also book wellness and massage treatments there.
By the way, the magnificent Solnhofer natural stone is a little marvel and boasts excellent ecological and building biology properties.
