Villa Perkunos is located in the heart of Heringsdorf. From here, you can explore the shops and restaurants of the “Kaiserbad” or reach the beach and the kilometer-long promenade in just a few minutes. The villa offers an ideal base for an eventful vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Your vacation home spans 59 square meters, is located on the second floor of the historic villa, and—thanks to two bedrooms—can accommodate up to four people. The living area features an open-concept design and includes a kitchenette. Here, you can either spend your evenings on the cozy leather couch watching the flat-screen TV or, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, prepare your own meals and enjoy them with your family at the large dining table. Alternatively, the adjoining balcony is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has two single beds and also features a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack.
A private parking space is available to you free of charge on the house’s enclosed property. You can store your bicycles in the apartment’s dedicated bike storage room. Wi-Fi is included. There is also a laundry room in the basement of the house where you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
