About this villa rental
The 43 sqm two-room apartment on the mezzanine floor has a separate bedroom and a living room with seating and sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people), TV and radio and kitchenette with dishwasher,
Ceramic hob and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the terrace in front of the house (shared use) you have a wonderful view of the old villas in the style of spa architecture.
Pets are welcome in apartment 4 for an extra charge.
The initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as a parking space are not included in the total price. If required, these can be booked for a fee.
The modernised and listed Wilhelminian style villa is located in the fashionable heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Due to the good location of Villa Stock, you can easily reach the town centre, promenade and Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy the living ambience in the 15 stylishly furnished apartments on 3 floors. Each apartment has its own individual charm and two residential units can be combined if necessary (max. 7 people). In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer at your disposal. On the terrace in front of the house you have a beautiful view of the old villas in the style of spa architecture. A parking space can be booked for a fee.
Since there are not enough parking spaces at the house, we rent parking spaces in the parking garage (approx. 250 m from our house).
The initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the total price. If required, these can be booked for a fee.
In the apartments you can surf the Internet with your notebook or check your e-mails via WLAN connection.
Pets are only welcome in apartments 1 - 4 for an extra charge.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure from 08:00 to 10:00.
