not woth it
big and spacious rooms
I stayed in Lisbon for a total of three days, and unfortunately, my experience with this particular accommodation was not pleasant at all.
First of all, the host had clearly mentioned that check-in was at 4 PM. That was fine, but when I requested her for a little favor to let me check in a bit earlier, she immediately demanded an extra 30 euros. She wasn’t even willing to negotiate or be polite about it. She just kept saying that if I didn’t pay 30 euros, I couldn’t check in early—even though the room was already ready.
On top of that, she tried to overcharge me for payment in another method, basically asking for more money just because I wasn’t paying in cash. Due to all this hassle, I ended up waiting on the road for nearly two to three hours even though the room was available. It was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
Also, the location of this place is quite far from the town, so if you’re coming to Lisbon as a tourist, I’d strongly advise you not to choose this hotel. The host was rude and just kept repeating the same thing: pay extra or no early check-in. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
