The spacious living area features a seating area and a TV, and the open-concept kitchen is right next to it. It is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, and an oven. The dining area is also located here, as is the entrance to the west-facing balcony.
The bedroom has a cozy double bed and a window; due to its small size, the closet is located in the living room.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Wi-Fi is also available. A parking space is included with the apartment and is located in the building’s underground garage. The maximum clearance height is 2 m.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.
The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.
