A two-room apartment facing northwest in a central location. From your vacation home, you can easily reach the beach, the pier, and the marina on foot. The extensive beach promenade leads to Kühlungsborn-West. The shops, restaurants [&] and cafés on Strandstraße invite you to enjoy a day of shopping and leisure. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, or rock climbing in the nearby city forest.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features bright, modern furnishings.
In addition to the spacious living and dining room with a fold-out sofa bed, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and a storage room with a coat rack.
The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, sink, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed!
