The apartment is located in Building 1 of the complex on the first floor, with a separate
entrance on the gable end of the building. It is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people.
Bright and cheerfully furnished, the apartment features a living area with a seating area (including a sleeper sofa), a TV, and a stereo system.
The kitchenette, featuring an oven and dishwasher, is integrated into the living area. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom/toilet has a shower.
The east-facing balcony is the perfect place to relax.
Pets are not allowed. A free Wi-Fi hotspot is available in the vacation rental.
Parking space No. 20 is available for you in the underground garage. The underground garage has double parking spaces; please ensure that your car is no taller than
1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.
If your car is too large or too heavy for this parking option,
the only other option available is paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter parking garage.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
