Located on a quiet street in the city center. The pedestrian zone, as well as cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, are just a stone’s throw away.
In the kitchen, you’ll also find a Tchibo coffee machine with capsules, a toaster, and a kettle.
A bar with three stools in front of the kitchen provides the perfect dining area.
Tucked away behind the dresser with a raised wooden panel—on which the TV is mounted—is the cozy double bed (180 cm). A room divider separates the sleeping area from the living area.
The studio features a bathroom with a glass shower and a toilet.
Another highlight of this studio is the air conditioning, which keeps you cool on hot summer days!
On the first floor of the complex, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use.
There is also a nice little table with two chairs right in front of the apartment.
If you’d like, you’re also welcome to rent a parking space for the duration of your stay.
Direct access to Vienna (20 minutes by train) via the train station is also within walking distance.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
The overnight tax is €2.50 per person per night (€2.60 per person per night starting in January) and must be paid in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer.
We will forward the tax to the municipality of Wiener Neustadt.
