Disappointing and poorly maintained
Nothing at all, there was nothing I could like of this stance.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, especially for **€244 for four nights**.
I understand this is a sailboat, so I was not expecting hotel-level comfort. The problem was the combination of hygiene, maintenance, privacy and functionality issues.
- **The toilet/bathroom was completely unusable**, as it was occupied by a fridge/cooler and other stored items. I had to use the public marina toilets every time.
- **The cutlery was dirty**, and some knives had visible rust.
- There was **no usable fridge or microwave**. The appliance that appeared to be a fridge/cooler was leaking/collecting water.
- The **Wi-Fi was a 4G hotspot** and frequently froze or disconnected.
- There was **no air conditioning**. In direct sun the interior became extremely hot, and the small fan provided was barely effective.
- **The front curtains kept falling down**, reducing privacy.
- **The entrance consisted of two separate wooden boards**, making entry and exit very inconvenient and often forcing me to leave it open while inside.
- There was a **strong smell of old/damp wood**.
- The sink used a manual foot-pump system.
- The ceiling was extremely low for my height, so I had to move around bent over.
- The interior space was very limited.
Some of these issues can be explained by the fact that this is a sailboat, but **all of them combined were not reasonable**, especially the unusable bathroom, dirty/rusted cutlery, unusable refrigeration, unreliable Wi-Fi and lack of privacy.
The handling of my complaint was also disappointing. **Some final replies felt automated or possibly AI-generated** because of how quickly detailed responses were sent.
For **€244**, I expected much better basic cleanliness, maintenance and functionality. I would not stay here again.
