The hotel was opened in November 2025 so everything was like I am the first person to use. Everything is top notch. It is perfectly located to see everything in Lisbon. The only time we took Uber was to go to the Marina to take a sunset cruise

What an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant, incredibly well maintained, and remarkably quiet — a true haven in the heart of Lisbon. Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, from the common areas to the smallest details in the room.
The level of service was outstanding. The entire staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely proactive. You truly feel that everyone cares about making your stay special.
I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping. Every single time I returned to my room, everything was absolutely immaculate — so much so that it genuinely felt as if the room had been refreshed more than once a day. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and made a real difference throughout my stay.
Breakfast was wonderful as well: fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and served with the same exceptional attention and kindness.
More than just a beautiful hotel, what makes this place truly special is the combination of comfort, tranquility, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.
I left Lisbon with wonderful memories, and this hotel was definitely part of them. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city.
