Enjoy this cozy, historical 1 bedroom unit located in the heart of Center City. Be just a few short blocks away from Rittenhouse Square. This unit has the most prime location that Philadelphia has to offer. Walk outside to the city`s most desirable restaurants, lounges, cafes, and tourist destinations. Fully equipped with every essential item you would need to accommodate a long or short term stay. Washer and Dryer in building. Fast WiFi! Designated desk. King Master bed & Sofa bed as well!

This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.
A $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver or a $250 refundable Safety Deposit is required for all reservations and must be completed through Enso Connect.

Great location! The property was very clean, and well thought out for guests. It was a very pleasant stay. And there were family games available for entertainment, as well as television.
We enjoyed playing Jenga!

A bit smaller than pics look - Do not feel 4 adults could manage as we were 2 singles. Would be nice if sofa bed had day cover to allow sheets on cleaner surface. No pillow case & only 2 hand towels; no bath mat. No ice cube trays. Too many plastic plants. Easier WIFI access - Have written on on router. Air conditioner very loud. Love ceiling fan - Add to bedroom. Need another chair as sofa not comfy. Clean & bright by day. Great location. More quiet than expected. Play up murual as lovely.

Absolutely clean; host was helpful; space is nice; air conditioning was wonderful--it was a hot day. TV's in the bedroom and the living room.
