The attic bedroom is furnished with a “Grand Lit” French-style bed, a spacious closet, a smart TV with Netflix, and a relaxation corner.
The area is very bright during the day but ensures a restful night’s sleep thanks to the blackout curtains that block out all light. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, including a microwave, toaster, moka pot, kettle, conventional oven, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a window and is fully equipped with fixtures, featuring a very large open walk-in shower.
The building’s shared terrace is accessible and features a seating area with armchairs and a small table.
