Хороше місце розташування. Все необхідне для приготування їжі, все чисто, постіль та рушники, багато місця для речей, зрозуміла інструкція по заселенню, вид на невеличкий сад
Було б добре, щоб було чим трішки пробрати, щітка для підлоги , совок.

Wir haben sehr spontan eine Wohnung gebraucht da unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft nicht bewohnbar war aufgrund von technischem Gebrechen. Die Gastgeber waren super schnell, flexibel und hilfreich. Immer erreichbar und der checkin und checkout war sehr smooth. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber die Ausstattung und das Apartment ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Das Wetter war extrem kalt .. dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts, aber es trübt etwas den Aufenthalt in Wien

Location was good, 6 min to the tram station by walking.
It was too cold, bathroom radiator was not working. Second day water heater has broken. You can reach to the landlord WhatsApp msj only, you can not call. Apartment entry was scary, old and dark
