Welcome to Villa Heidenreich! Completed in the summer of 2025 and located right on the Baltic Sea, it offers modern comforts and top-notch amenities so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest!
Location
So close to the Baltic Sea... Only the beach promenade separates the new building from the dunes and Scharbeutz Beach. The town center, with a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is only about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot in five minutes. A group medical practice with a dialysis center is located just around the corner.
Living
The vacation apartment spans approximately 125 square meters over two floors. The open and light-filled dining and kitchen area is stylishly designed and cleverly laid out. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and a black granite countertop, leaving nothing to be desired. From here, you can also access the 35-square-meter rooftop terrace, which features an awning and a patio heater; the ocean view is truly unparalleled. The separate bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and wardrobes with ample storage space for your luggage. One of the bedrooms has direct access to an en suite bathroom. The larger interior bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. On the upper level of the duplex apartment, you’ll find the living area with a sleeper sofa (1.50 x 1.90 meters) and a cozy reading nook. The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached via an elevator that leads directly into the apartment.

Of course, the vacation rental is equipped with Wi-Fi access as well as smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms.
