Enjoy easy self check-in with our smart lock. Your unique door code will be sent before arrival and provides 24/7 access throughout your stay. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Arrive anytime after that, including late at night—no need to coordinate an arrival time with us. Your code activates at check-in and expires at checkout.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION



The neighborhood is actively growing, and homes nearby are currently under construction. Construction schedules are outside our control. Please consider the active construction setting when deciding whether Emberwood is the right fit for your stay.



RENTAL AGREEMENT



A signed rental agreement is required after booking.



DOGS WELCOME



Up to two dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be disclosed before check-in; undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee. Dogs must be securely crated when left unattended, kept off furniture and out of the hot tub, and kept on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their dogs and are responsible for pet-related damage and excessive cleaning. The neighborhood has paved roads for walking, but there is no fenced yard or designated pet area. Full pet terms are included in the required rental agreement.



NO INDOOR SMOKING OR VAPING



Smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana/cannabis, is not permitted indoors.



STARTER SUPPLIES



We provide a starter set of coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps. Please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed for your stay.
