Our vacation rental is 60 square meters in size and was completed in 2025.
It is located on the first floor of our home.
We have an approximately 60-square-meter terrace facing south and west that adjoins the garden, where you can enjoy your vacation in our quiet location.
The vacation rental has a separate entrance with a parking space and a covered area for your bicycles or e-bikes.
A bakery and an organic grocery store are within a 2-minute walk.
Our location is a great starting point for various recreational activities.

This modern, bright vacation apartment on the first floor of our residence was completed in 2025 and offers a stylish, comfortable atmosphere across 60 m². The open-concept living and dining area invites you to relax and unwind, while the separate bedroom promises restful nights. The modern bathroom features a comfortable shower, and pleasant underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in every room. There is also an allergy-friendly ventilation system.
The sunny terrace, facing south and west and bordering directly on our lovingly tended garden, is particularly inviting. Here, in a quiet setting, you can enjoy the sun and wind down the day in relaxation.
On-site fees: The full booking amount must be paid after booking. You will receive an email with payment information after booking. Payment must be received within 7 days of booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. You will receive the key via a key box. The visitor’s tax is included in the price.
