Great location. Very good value for a last-minute trip. Cramped for 3 people, but would be great for a couple’s trip

Tout , c'était super beau, frais, bien aérer. Beaucoup d'équipement et des petites collation, tout était pratique des serviettes couverture de plus! Wow
Le stationnement payant à la demi-heure durant la semaine, mais c'était vraiment un mini détail

I loved our stay here, we stopped by many hotels on our holiday and this was by far my favourite! Location was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and I'm a bit OCD and it lived up to my standards. If we ever visited Toronto again I would stay here hands down.

The location was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped. The remote staff is very kind.
The lack of a front desk should have been announced more clearly in advance, as the check-in process was quite troublesome. While the staff provided prompt and kind remote assistance, there were limits to what they could do. The glass-door partition in the shower room was broken and repaired after my call. Also, I would have liked the sheets changed at least once every three days (Not changing it every day is the right choice for the sake of the environment.). Amenities (water, towels) were not replenished unless I specifically asked. The Wi-Fi was possible only on the 1st day and did not work after; after I reported the issue, I was directed to use an alternative connection. I would have liked a manual for the coffee machine. Footsteps from the floor above could be heard clearly.
