We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and newly renovated! We enjoyed being in Prati, it's a quaint, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to so much in Rome! The building was lovely and we felt very safe. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom and shower were amazing, and we loved the heated drying rack! You can tell a lot of thought went into this place as there are so many unique and creative touches. Frederico was so helpful and great to work with and Emanuela was a such a wonderful and kind hostess...we love them! We were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel so special!! We will tell everyone we know going to Rome to stay here and we will definitely be back!
There was nothing we didn't like. It was all fantastic! If I had to be picky, I think it would be nice to have a couple comfy chairs in the room and a couple luggage racks...but we did fine without them too!

It is in a perfect location; the neighborhood is safe and clean, even at night. A central yet quiet part of Rome, with wide streets and beautiful buildings. All attractions are within walking distance of the accommodation. The airport bus drops you off almost right at the entrance for 8 euros.The accommodation's design differs from the usual, boring hotel rooms.Unique, fresh design – yet everything is well-thought-out, practical, and comfortable.Anyone who knows and loves Italian hospitality will certainly find it here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place...

Die Lage ist absolut toll. Man hat in direkter Umgebung super viele Restaurants und Cafés. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Mir persönlich war das Bett etwas zu hart. Aber ansonsten super komfortabel auch die Kissen, etc.

Per entrare nel bagno troppi scalini e rischiavi di inciampare nell’’infisso della porta in alluminio e tagliarti ogni volta. Per il prezzo pagato, non è assolutamente una camera all’altezza. La colazione insufficiente.
