Located in the heart of Paris’s 2nd arrondissement, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private 43 m² space, just a short walk from the capital’s iconic neighborhoods and must-see attractions.

Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 5 guests and is perfect for a stay in Paris with family or friends.

Your private space includes:
- A cozy living area with a double sofa bed, a second sofa, and a TV
- A modern open kitchen, equipped with a stovetop, an oven, and a Nespresso machine
- Two separate sleeping areas, each with a comfortable double bed and high-quality bedding
- A private bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet, equipped with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries (shower gel and shampoo)

Amenities available to you: Wi-Fi, washing machine, and iron.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and I handle the cleaning myself.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has no window onto the outside: only small glazed openings in the bedroom ceilings let in a little daylight. The lighting is therefore mostly artificial and the air circulates little. If daylight matters a lot to you, this is not the right choice.
* Building works are under way in the common areas. You reach the apartment, on the ground floor at the back of the building, through a long corridor cluttered by the works and with an uneven floor in places, and construction noise can be heard during the day. Access is awkward with large suitcases or a pushchair, which may be difficult for families with young children and people with reduced mobility.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from the Marais and close to Strasbourg–Saint-Denis, Sentier and Arts-et-Métiers metro stations, in a quiet 43 m² (463 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests.

You can enjoy your space in complete peace and privacy, while staying in a welcoming Parisian setting.

I am renting out part of my apartment to you and will welcome you personally upon your arrival, handing you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m.

To ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

Located in the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment enjoys a very central location, ideal for exploring Paris on foot.

The neighborhood is lively and authentic, with many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local shops that make Parisian life so charming.

In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Marais, the Centre Pompidou, the Grands Boulevards, and the Opéra Garnier. The Louvre and the banks of the Seine are also easily accessible.

A particularly convenient location for enjoying the capital to the fullest.

The accommodation is very well served by public transport.

The Strasbourg–Saint-Denis, Sentier, and Arts-et-Métiers metro stations are nearby, providing quick access to different areas of Paris.

Several bus lines also run in the area. Vélib’ bike-share stations are available a few minutes away for easy travel by bike.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay.

-I will personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m.
-Breakfast is included in your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
-The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
