The house is located in the Petite Beauce region, at the gateway to the Sologne and the Loire Valley châteaux, and on the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route. We welcome you to a haven of greenery and authenticity, in a peaceful setting close to all amenities, allowing you to discover our beautiful region in a comfortable environment conducive to well-being and relaxation. You might see the deer that live nearby, or a pheasant strolling around… The house is located outside Mer, 20 minutes from the Château and Forest of Chambord, 35 minutes from the Château de Cheverny, and 20 minutes from the town of Blois and its château (30 minutes)… It is right on the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route: bike rentals are available nearby, and access to cycle paths and roads to the Loire and surrounding areas starts directly from the house. Some examples of nearby activities: (non-exhaustive) - Chambord, Château de Talcy, Beaugency, Blois, Cheverny, Meung …, PGJyPg - Fishing ponds, PGJyPg - Domino lake (sailing club and water sports), Karting track in Mer (one of the largest in Europe) or other sports activities, PGJyPg - Boat trips on the Loire (Blois, Saint Dyé, …), PGJyPg - Beauval Zoo (1 hour), PGJyPg - Goat farm in Thoury, Wine tours and tastings, Walking tours… PGJyPg PGJyPg Amenities: PGJyPg - Shops and supermarket in Mer and Tavers PGJyPg PGJyPg Towels are provided.
